Best Rate Guarantee
If a lower published rate for Beatenberg Resort & Spa is found on an online travel agency (OTA) or other third-party booking website or application (a “Competing Rate”) that meets the criteria below, and a valid claim is submitted in accordance with these terms, the hotel will satisfy an approved claim by issuing a credit note for the difference between the prepaid room rate on the hotel’s official website and the Competing Rate, for the same room type, rate plan, occupancy, dates, and length of stay.
